Alexis Conley

Biography:

Alexis P. Conley is an associate attorney for the Law Office of Janice A. Dantes.  She graduated from Concordia University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice Summa Cum Laude.  Following graduation, she attended DePaul University College of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Family Law in 2021.

During law school, Alexis was a law clerk with Davis Friedman LLP assisting the attorneys with their family law cases.  Throughout law school, Alexis was heavily involved with DePaul’s Child and Family Law Association, eventually becoming president in her third year.  Prior to graduation from law school, Alexis obtained her 711 license and volunteered with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS) handling divorce matters.

Alexis was sworn into the Illinois bar in November of 2021. Since then, she has handled a wide variety of family law and probate matters from start to finish. With an eye towards amicable resolution, Alexis has successfully settled hundreds of cases during her time with the firm. However, she also realizes that settlement is not always possible and has handled several contested hearings and trials. 

Outside of the office, Alexis is a member of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA), the Young Lawyers Section Family Law Subcommittee, the Domestic Relations Subcommittee, and the LGBTQ Subcommittee.

In her spare time, Alexis can be found scrapbooking, crocheting, or reading a good book.  Alexis is excited to work with you on all your family law and probate matters!
